Privacy for the block

Our users' trust is of utmost importance to us, and the block will therefore take responsibility to protect your privacy. This privacy policy explains how we collect and use information about our users, and how we protect our users' privacy.

By accepting this Privacy Policy is an integral part of the Terms of the block , you agree that your personal information is treated in accordance with this privacy policy. We are responsible, together with Schibsted Products & Technology UK Ltd, Reg. No. 09053202 ( " Schibsted "), for the treatment of personal data in the context of services as we jointly determines the purposes and methods of treatment.

1. Key concepts

A personal information is information that is directly or indirectly linked to a natural living person. Examples of personal information are name, address, telephone number and email address. In certain circumstances, even information about IP number and your behavior in the use of the Service as personal data.

Treatment of personal data includes all handling of personal data, such as collection, recording and storage.

3. Purpose of the treatment - what the data are used to?

Enhancing the user experience

We use personal information to provide you with more user-friendly services. This refers above all your experience in connection with the registration, transfer and purchase of products and services under the Services. Personal data are dealt with in order to be able to customize the display of the Services to the device you use, and thus give you a better user experience.

Personalized offers, recommendations and ads

We want to give you advice and tips on good services and relevant ads based on your interests and your behavior when you use the Services. In the first place, we can give you recommendations on classified ads and services based on your activities on our site. We can also recommend products and services based on what other users with similar usage patterns have been interested. We may also use your information to customize banner ads and other commercial content. Such marketing may contain offers and information from other companies within the Schibsted Media Group You can say no to direct marketing via your user account, via the link in the mailings or by contacting us.

Preventing, reducing and investigating abuse of the Service

We use the personal data of our users' identities, activities and technical data in order to prevent, contain and investigate various forms of abuse of the Service and SPID and to prevent criminal activities. For example, we can with a user's permission to perform a check of the user's identity. This does not mean that we can use personal data processors who process personal data on behalf of us. Personal data assistants who provide services to us will be subject to confidentiality and will not be allowed to use the data for purposes other than to provide services to us.

Transfer of personal data to third countries

5. The storage and deletion of personal data
